Mohini Chaudhary is a young development professional working with FMSF as Manager - Grant Management. She has over 8 years of work experience in Project Management and Grant Monitoring. She is overall responsible for Monitoring & Coordination of the Grant Management team and the monitoring of the projects in India and Nepal at FMSF. She has dealt with varied nature of work which includes Grant Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Prefunding Appraisals, Organizational Profile Analysis, Budget analysis, etc. She holds the Post-Graduation Diploma Degree in Rural Banking and Finance from Institute of Rural Management and Bachelor’s degree from Maharani’s College, Jaipur.

Bhanushree Goyal

Ms. Bhanushree Goyal is presently working as a Grant Management Officer at FMSF since 2020. Prior to working with FMSF, she has worked with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and Deloitte Tax Services. She is a Compliance and Finance Professional with over 6 years of experience in the areas related to tax consultancy, legal and secretarial compliance, financial management, board meetings, grant management, capacity building of NGOs, etc. She has done her Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and has completed her Company Secretary course.

Asra Zaidi

Ms. Asra Zaidi is a Grant Management Officer at FMSF. She has over seven years of rich experience in all phases of Accounts & Financials i.e. developing systems & procedures, contributing towards improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhancing internal controls. She has a Master degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance & Accounting. She is handling statutory compliances related to legal and taxation of corporate as well as non-profit sectors. She is well versed with project management and grant monitoring. She has conducted various Pre-funding assessments and is providing support to NGO partners within and outside India.
