NGO Governance & Management Program

The NGO Governance & Management Program (NGMP) is a 6 months online training program aimed to provide clarity & understanding on the areas of governance & management of Not-for-profit organizations.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the overall functioning of an NGO
• Familiarize with the key issues & challenges of NGO’s functioning
• Understand key components of an effective Not-for-Profit Organizations
• Gain an overview of Governance issues of NPOs
• Familiarize with the requirements for effective Human Resource Management in NPOs
• Gain a broad understanding of how development projects operate
• Gain insight into the financial management of NPOs required for strategic decision making

The training will be a completely web-based program which will be taught via the internet.
